Brunch With Friends – Ausgabe 2

After our first succesful dinner event we decided to change things up and offer a four-course brunch on two days - with great feedback from our guests to this new concept. 

The Menu:
Granola | Carrot | Yogurt
Oat | Mushroom | Egg*
Chickpea | Kale | Ricotta
Toast | Persimmon | Tonka

The menu was accompanied by fine biodynamic wines and fresh grapefruit juice. 
A concept we will definately execute again. Thank you for Speisegesselschaft for trusting us with the location and thank you Miso Miso for providing us with Miso for our miso porridge!
