Winter Pop-Up – Concept Catering

Marie and Julika approached us to supply catering in the form of fine wines and finer food at their annual winter pop-up. - a market within their stuido over the span of three days highlighting handmade pieces from jewlery ceramics to print and clothing.
We worked together with biodynamic wineries and organic food suppliers to craft a sustenance experience worthy to introduce the holidy season. From a hearty chestnut soup with comté foam to different shokupan bites and traditional holiday treats with a twist. It was a blast and we are thankful for all the positive ressonance from you.
